Can I cancel my booking ?
Yes, but keep in mind that cancellations made less than three (3) days prior are subject to a 100% charge.
At what time are we open ?
We are open 24/7.
What if I arrive late ?
That is not a problem, just give us a heads up prior to arrival so we can make the necessary arrangements for the arrival.
Do we supply breakfast and dinners ?
Yes, we do offer breakfast and dinners, upon request.
Do we have a laundry service ?
Yes, we do by prior arrangement.
Is smoking allowed in the rooms ?
Unfortunately no, the rooms at Shalom Lodge are strictly non-smoking. There are designated smoking areas available.
Do we have secure parking ?
Yes, the last thing you ne worry about is your car. All of our guests access to convenient and secure parking behind an automated gate.
Do we allow pets ?
We sure do. There is a lovely garden for pet to enjoy. Just be mindful of other guests
Do kids stay for free ?
Yes, kids under the age of 10 years are allowed to stay free-of-charge. The number is dependent on the room type.
